ABOUT ME
I am passionate about health and fitness and the positive impact it can have on our whole wellbeing. I want to help people enjoy being active and healthy as part of their lifestyle, whether it is cardiovascular or strength or a combination of both and to help empower them to maintain independence and mobility and reach their goals.
I have a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training (Level 3) which, as well as personal training, includes gym instruction, nutrition, postural assessment and correction and a range of training systems.
